Application
CLEANTEX PWC as a resistant for reactive dyes printing on cotton and rayon. MARCOZOL® CDR type reactive dyes will loss the active ability with cellulose fiber by CLEANTEX PWC effect. And then stop reactive dyes fix on the fiber. But there are no effect on P type. Due to above the performance, MARCOZOL ® CDR and MARCOCION ® P dyes cab be used for reactive resistant printing , such as colur resistant and white resistant printing, the printing effect is excellent.

Usage
1、Process:
all of resistant preocess condition have to be Consided, for examplr:
A)wet on wet:(recommenred)
colour paste(MARCOCION P)→ground paste(MARCOZOL CDR)→dry→steaming(102℃,8-10min)→washing 0ff →dry
B)wet 0n dry :
colour paste(MARCOCION P)→dry→ground paste(MARCOZOL CDR)→dry→steaming(102℃,8-10min)→washing off→dry
C)print-pad process:
colour paste(MARCOCION P)→dry→ground padding(MARCOZOL CDR)→dry→steaming(100℃×15 min or 110℃×10 min)→washing off →dry
2、Using and dosage
CLEANTEX PWC with good soubility,can be add into colour paste directly.CLEANTEX PWC using ammount depending on process type,ground shade concentration,printing mechine and meterial. If use more PWC, please attention to white outline.

3、Colour paste and ground paste
MCT dyes are recommended as colour paste,but have to selected . We recommened our
MARCOCION P dyes strongly as the colour paste. Ground shade can use our MARCOZOL CDR.

Remark:
Prints have to dry fully after printing,otherwise color stainning or penatration will be happended.
Fixing process should be carry out immediately .if goods stock for a longer time,colur charge will happened on ground .
