1.Dyeing Recipe

    INGRAIN Blue IF3GR-1                           50g/l
    Solvent TF                                            12ml/l
    15% Caustic soda                                  10ml/l
    Stabilizer HRR                                        50g/l
    Anti-migration agent (KW-888A 8%)         20g/l

2.Process

    a.  Wax printing  →  Dyeing  →  Drying with 102℃ →  Steaming(102℃×8mins) →  Waxdesizing  →  Soaping  → Wahing → Drying  →  Wash with 98% sulphuric acid(85℃ 25g/l×20secs) →                  Wahing       →Soaping →  Wahing   →  Drying

    b.  Wax printing → Dyeing  →  Drying with 102℃ → Wax desizing  →  Soaping →  Washing →  Drying →  Wash with 98% sulphuric acid (85℃ 25g/l×20secs )  → Wahing  → Soaping→  Washing           →   Soaping    Washing  →  Drying

3. Purpose

    Under different temperatures condition, we are checking the possible changes. (100°C, 110°C and 120°C)

4.Results

   a.    Dyeing with wax,the pattern have no changes under temperature range 100°Cto 120°C.
   b.    Reach best color effect at 120°C
   c.    Steaming will cause shade and a strength difference. 
   We recommend processing the steaming step to get the better result.
   d.    Dyeing with wax, it could develop color under 120°C baking.
